W.O.W. Founders
Jennifer Banks is a dynamic force in the world of personal development and motherhood, blending her roles as an educator, bestselling author, and community leader. Dedicated to empowering women to rediscover themselves while balancing motherhood, Jennifer has made a significant impact through her book Let Yourself Bloom and her popular podcast, which has been empowering women for over four years.
With two bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and years of experience as a public school teacher, Jennifer’s unique insights into child development and personal fulfillment drive her work. She is also a mother of three boys and the owner of a thriving in-home preschool, giving her firsthand experience in navigating the challenges of motherhood and career balance.
As a mom, Jennifer understands the challenges women face in trying to maintain their own identity while raising children. She reminds other mothers that they can thrive not just as parents but as individuals with dreams and ambitions. Jennifer is passionate about helping women carve out space for themselves, which is why she leads transformational women’s groups, including an upcoming course launch and the WOW group.
Jennifer’s message is one of growth, empowerment, and connection. Through her work, she creates spaces where women can learn from one another, build lasting friendships, and reclaim their dreams. Her mission is to remind every woman that it’s never too late to grow, change, and bloom into the person they want to be.
Michelle Lena is a bold, unapologetic Master Coach who has spent the last 19 years transforming lives, businesses, and communities. Known for empowering others to break through limits and realize their full potential, Michelle has co-founded multiple million-dollar businesses and developed programs that turn obstacles into opportunities—whether it’s boosting student graduation rates to 98% or helping homeless individuals graduate from college and secure housing.
Michelle’s transformational women’s retreats are more than just getaways—they are immersive experiences where women rediscover their strength, build lifelong connections, and leave feeling empowered to take on the world. Michelle believes in the power of community and collaboration, creating safe spaces where women can embrace their true selves without fear of judgment.
She is also a certified wedding officiant, creating meaningful ceremonies that honor love and connection. Certified in behavioral science from Stanford University under BJ Fogg and a recipient of the Woman of Achievement Award, Michelle has spoken on national stages, including as a TEDx speaker, and is currently writing a book about her journey and life lessons.
As a mother of seven, Michelle knows firsthand the delicate balance of pursuing a career while raising a family. Her experiences have taught her resilience, patience, and the power of self-love—qualities that shape her coaching and mentorship. She’s passionate about the ocean, hiking, the color orange, and being on stage, but above all, she is driven by watching women break free from their limits and live boldly.
Michelle’s mission is to help women transform their lives, reclaim their voices, and thrive in all areas. Whether through coaching, retreats, or officiating weddings, Michelle is dedicated to helping others live with purpose and without limits. She wants every woman to know that success and fulfillment are possible—no matter where you start or what challenges you face.

Becks Nielson is a dynamic leader in Utah’s real estate industry, known for her commitment to exceptional client service, community leadership, and her ability to foster meaningful, lifelong connections. After serving in the healthcare field for 20 years as a Registered Nurse, Becks transitioned to real estate, continuing her passion for helping people by assisting them in finding their dream homes and creating wealth through real estate.
With over 15 years of experience as a real estate investor, Becks has built a thriving career as the CEO of Becks Nielson Real Estate. She has consistently ranked in the top 5% of production agents and earned accolades such as Rookie of the Year and Rookie of the Region from Keller Williams Utah. Her Good.Better.Becks promise reflects her dedication to providing expert market knowledge, personalized service, and innovative marketing strategies that ensure smooth and successful real estate transactions.
Becks is a natural connector who enjoys networking and building lasting relationships, especially with other women in business and the community. As co-host of the Radio Daybreak Podcast and co-administrator of the Daybreak Business Network, she actively promotes community growth and collaboration. Becks believes that creating supportive networks for women is essential for growth, whether personally or professionally.
A devoted mother of eight, Becks draws on her family experiences to connect with clients on a personal level, helping them find homes that fit their unique needs and aspirations. She understands the balance of motherhood and career and encourages other women to pursue their goals without sacrificing what matters most. Becks loves to travel with her family and enjoys spending time at the beach, balancing her professional life with her love for adventure.
